Catastrophe Ballet

This is another of my older pieces, and is made from found garments which were heavily altered and remixed. The top is a wide strapped, stretchy v neck with back zipper, with row upon row of machine sewn black sequins. The attached skirt has a cotton/spandex pencil underskirt, tulle overskirt, and wide black lace with black tassles at the v-shaped waistline. The waistline of this piece is slightly higher than my others, and would look best on a shorter person than the model shown (model is 5'6") or someone with a petite torso. The top will fit a bust size of between 34" to 40", and the waist will fit between 26" to 32".
